About the company

Our client is a startup Fintech company. During the past few years, they have successfully raised more than 60 million US dollars in capital. With the expansion, they are looking for a Customer Service Manager to join their dynamic and exciting team.

About the role

  • Lead a team of 3-4, determinate team direction and provide training and supports on customer service executive
  • Manage and resolve customers’ enquiries and provide timely and proper solutions
  • Enhance customer satisfaction in providing excellent services via face-to-face meeting, email and phone call
  • Engage in management meetings and get involved in strategy planning across all departments

Skills and requirement

  • Bachelor degree or above
  • 5 - 8 years of working experience in customer service / client facing roles
  • Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills
  • Fluent Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Good understanding in finance market
  • Attention to details, fast-paced with passionate in fintech
  • Energetic, driven and smart
