Our client is a leading Telecommunication listed Company in HK and the business operates around the world. They are currently looking for several Customer Services roles, including Account Service Executive/Manager, Senior Customer Service executive and call centre Unit Manger to support the company growth.

Vacancies and requirements:

Account Service Manager: min 4 years experience in call centre, Higher Diploma or Associate degree, fluent in English and Cantonese

Account Service Executive: min 2 years experience in call centre, Higher Diploma or Associate degree, fluent in English and Cantonese

Major Job scope:

  • handling phone call inquiry and reply email, some admin duties as required
  • develop and maintain data account and service quality improvement
  • assist the team for other ad-hoc projects

*shift work might be required (depends on the role nature)

* no sales role involved

Senior Customers Service Executive: min 4 years experience in B2B or B2C business, Bachelor degree, fluent in English and Cantonese

Customer Service Executive: min 2 years experience in call centre, Bachelor degree, fluent in English and Cantonese

Major Job scope:

  • Maintain and build a good relationship with business clients
  • Responsible for preparing Account Service Strategy, Service Improvement Plan, Account Profile etc
  • Doing presentation to clients about service review
  • Maintain client and business database
  • Other ad-hoc projects as required

* no sales role involved

Unit Manager: min 4 years experience in supervisor or manager grading, previous experience in handling B2B business and call centre, and experience in leading a team, Bachelor degree, fluent in English and Cantonese

Major Job scope:

  • Manage and supervise a team in call centre
  • Handling call and email inquiry
  • Maintain customers data base and relationships
  • Monitor the daily operation, make sure the office and team is running smoothly
