Our client is a leading telecommunication listed company in Hong Kong. They are currently searching for an On-site Customer Service Executive to support their sales administration and operation for their privilege clients.

About the job

As a successful senior customer service executive, you will be responsible to:
  • Provide on-site customer service support to banking clients
  • Handle clients' enquiries and complaints
  • Access and update sales orders into the company system
  • Prepare monthly reports of service/ sales performance
  • Perform any ad-hoc assignments when necessary

Skills & experiences required.
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
