- Handling customer inquiries and complaints via phone, live chat, and email in a professional and efficient manner
- Providing excellent service by consulting with customers to find solutions and improve their satisfaction levels across various communication channels
- Offering proactive follow-up and quality services to customers
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely, efficient, and effective customer service
- Supporting special or ad hoc projects to ensure the team runs smoothly
skills & experiences required.
- Completed HKCEE / HKDSE or higher education
- 3+ years of experience in the customer service industry
- Experience in ecommerce platforms preferred
- Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently while taking full responsibility for your work
- A team player mindset, with a willingness to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure
