...job duties:
- Responsible for handling both verbal and written custoemr feedback promptly and professionally
- Work with other departments to handle customer complaints and feedback that require futher investigations
- Record customer feedback and provide solutions is an accurate manner
- Make recommandations to relevant departments to improve customer satisfaction
requirements:
- Overnight shifts/weekend and public holiday work is required
- Good communication skills
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Experienced with customer relations is advantageous
- Able to work under pressure
- High ability to work independently
- Proficient in MS office
- Ability to write professional business correspondence is more preferred
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mardarin
- General computer operation
