job description

As the Customer Service Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • providing digital customer experience through different channels, including phone, email and social media platform.
  • resolving service or product related issues with specialist after-sales knowledge
  • building relationships that enhance brand loyalty and actively contribute to increased sales revenue
  • dealing with internal and external customers include direct contact from customers, calls for flagship stores, and colleagues.
  • completing relevant administration
  • recording customer details using computer based and paper based systems where necessary.
  • performing any additional duties as directed by the management team.


  • Excellent verbal and written English language communication skills
  • Good command of Mandarin is highly preferred
  • Experience in front line customer service role, ideally within Contact Centre environment.
  • Strong problem solving capability.
  • Be available to work flexible shifts.
