My client is a global leading Medical Device business, and they are looking for a Customer Service Adminstrator to join their business to help with sales process and inventory management.

about the job.
  • handle customer orders, prepare delivery according to orders and requirement from sales team
  • prepare invoicing, billing and pricing materials upon request
  • inventory control on stock level with Planners and Sales team, maintain accurate database
  • work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth process
skills & experiences required.
  • degree holder in any discipline
  • minimal 3 years of experience in Customer Service and/or Logistics
  • good interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
  • customer-oriented, flexible and good sense with numbers
  • good command in spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin and English
