Our client is a growth company in the consumer internet industry. The company is looking for a Customer Service/ Admin (Japanese N2) to join their team.

• Report to Senior Manager

• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to proactively address customer comments, feedback, and complaints, with the goal of delivering optimal solutions that cultivate outstanding customer relationships and foster a service-centered culture.
• Collect and analyze feedback to gain insights into customer needs and expectations, enabling targeted and effective responses.
• Effectively manage customer inquiries through diverse channels, including email, live chat, and social media platforms.
• Follow a 5-day work week with assigned shifts or alternative schedules as directed by superiors.
• Availability for holiday shifts is essential to ensure uninterrupted coverage and seamless customer service.

• Diploma or above & JLPT Level 2 (N2) is a must
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
• Able to demonstrate a high level of customer service orientation
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Good PC skills in MS Office
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
