Our client is a global fintech and enterprise solution provider. As they are expanding their clientele, they are looking for a Japanese Speaker to join them as a Client Relationship Manager or Client Success Manager.
- Liaise with customers and internal teams to resolve technical issues regarding the company’s platform and software
- Manage relationships and expectations with customers
- Be familiar with the company’s services and products, such as their SaaS platform
- Responsible for client onboarding and inbound enquiries
- On job training will be provided
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service, customer success, technical support, or relevant fields
- Japanese language proficiency, N1/N2 required, with fluent or native in Japanese speaking
- Solid presentation and communication skills with basic concept of technical support and problem solving
- Flexible working hours and location
