Our client is a sizeable property developer that has local and regional project undergoing. They are currently hiring a Customer Relations Manager to manage their VIP club

about the job.- drive the design, planning and implement programs and campaigns for high net worth VIPs engagement and cross selling to the Group ecosystem
- engage and manage internal business units and external stakeholders in program management and execution
- manage end-to-end program’s operations, including but not limited to program or campaign creatives, design of customer journey and flow, communications, campaign operation, eDM blasting to ensure the execution is seamless
- develop gifts, tools and experiences that will enrich VIP journey and contribute to long term client retention and engagement
- develop and implement program governance and controls to ensure effective program execution
- monitor the progress of anticipated output & outcome, budget spending and manage program evaluation and impact assessment
- prepare papers and compile statistical/ financial/ progress reports and project updates, as well as report on special situation and make recommendations to management
skills & experiences required.- around 8-10 years of experience in crm, customer relations management
- proven track record in VIP client development or engagement in the luxury industry
- excellent understanding of the luxury world, high end client's mindset and expectations
- excellent command in written and spoken English
- experiences in team management
