job description

My client is a global leading hospitality tech company. With a significant growth in their business, they are expanding their customer care team and looking for a customer manager.

Role description:

  • Manage and lead a team to provide efficient and professional guest services
  • Effectively manage members’ requests, identify their needs and provide solutions
  • Develop and maintain close guest relationship by providing personalized care services
  • Coach and provide guidance to the team in order to achieve the performance standard
  • Maintain the database of premium members and prepare performance analysis reports

Role Requirement:

  • Degree Holder
  • 3+ years’ experience with managing call centres
  • Strong leadership skills and networking abilities
  • Good communications in English and Cantonese, both spoken and written
  • Proven sales and account management track record
