Customer Experience Manager / Assistant Manager (Bancassurance)

Company Description

Our client, one of fastest growing insurance group in Hong Kong. They are looking for high calibres with solid experience in driving customer centric culture and values, to join their business and growth along with the organization. You will be working with a strong leader to participate in the transformation projects.

(Less experience individuals would consider as Assistant Manager)

Responsibilities

  • To participate in customer engagement and customer centric cultural building projects.
  • To promote, design, and support customer transformation project strategies.
  • To conduct market research, bring in new elements from outside to within, and demonstrate best practice solution to the group.

Requirements

  • Degree holder in business-related disciplines
  • At least 5 years of experience in customer experience, customer engagement, or related functional areas
  • Have relevant project experience in retail banking, insurance group have added advantages.
  • Relevant experience in collecting customers' ideas, to provide constructive solution to management have added advantages.
  • Fluent in Mandarin, English, Cantonese.
