About the company

Our client is a US based well-established FinTech (Financial Technology) company providing online payment solutions. With a significant growth in their business, they are expanding their customer care team and looking for a Customer Care Officer (Mandarin speaking) for HK team. You will have chance to work with leading corporate clients in e-commerce space.

About the role

  • Manage customer inquiries and response to requests
  • Handle and follow up issues with clients via email, calls, online live chat and social media
  • Maintain and frequently update database
  • Enhance customer satisfaction by providing timely and professional customer supports
  • Become a suuject matter expert in Payment and E-commerce spaces

Skills and requirement

  • Bachelor degree or above
  • Excellent English, Native Mandarin
  • 1-2 years of working experience (open to Fresh Grad)
  • Fast learner and has interest in FinTech
  • You MUST have the right to work in HK (HK perm ID / Dependent / IANG visa)
