you will be responsible for overseeing the development of the company's core product, providing technical advises to the team
you will be managing a remote team of 30+ developers on guiding the development
you will closely with the Product team to foresee their needs on Protocol / Infra side and manage teams capacity on the Platform.
work closely with the stakeholders and provide business advises on the company's road map
managing technology budgets and time frames, making sure deadlines are met

skills & experiences required.

Worked at a tech startup with exposure of scaling usage of a platform.
At least 5+ years experience in leadership of engineering teams.
Knowledge of asymmetric cryptography, public/private key pairing, authentication and digital signatures (ECDSA, EdDSA, zK)
Proficiency writing production code (C++, Node/JS, Rust, or Typescript)
General knowledge of the EVM (Truffle, Ethers, Solidity)
Interest in contributing to the creator economy
Experience contributing to open-source software and/or protocols
Prior work with off-chain computation and oracles
Familiarity with zK-Proofs, rollups, L2/L3s, account abstraction, MPC, data sampling
Understanding of various decentralized blockchains (Cosmos, Near, Sui/Aptos, Starkware, Aztec) including the differences between each
