• Report to Head of CSR
• Lead a team of 5-6
• Young and energetic team

• Assume full ownership of the administrative operations to drive the mission of the charity effectively.
• Lead and oversee all aspects of the charity's operations, implementing project governance and controls to ensure efficient execution.
• Take responsibility for developing and executing the publicity strategy, calendar, and content, collaborating closely with Group Communications for successful implementation.
• Provide supervision and follow-up on funded projects, maintaining regular communication with NGOs to track progress, monitor budget spending, and conduct post-project evaluations for continuous improvement.
• Evaluate and enhance the efficiency of both internal and external operational processes to optimize overall organizational performance.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including business partners, NGOs, and volunteers, to ensure the seamless and effective execution of all initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree or above
• Minimum 8 years of pertinent work experience, preferably in corporate social responsibility, charitable endeavors, or community service.
• Demonstrate a consistent track record of successfully leading complex and extensive projects, along with the ability to evaluate program performance and impact.
• Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain networks among diverse stakeholders.
• Possess proficient written and verbal communication abilities in both English and Chinese languages.
