As a CS Specialist, you will
-Manage smooth OTC process and output of the results to support the execution of the business

-Preform order review and follow-up order delivery to make sure delivery on time and customer satisfaction
-Review customer information in SAP and assist finance to follow up customer account receivable
-Engage the customers and vendors to ensure smooth delivery of services
-Co-ordinate with colleagues to ensure best practice and continuous improvement in the service delivery to the organisation
-Assist in process improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency
skills & experiences required.
-Associate degree/degree from logistics/supply chain or any relevant discipline
-Minimum 2 years of working experience as a CS/sales coordinator/sales admin
-Experience in facing customers is highly preferred
-Good command of written English and spoken Mandarin is a plus
-Excellent written and verbal communications skills
-Experience chairing and facilitating cross functional meetings
-Able to work under pressure, drives for result, customer focused, detailed oriented, interpersonal savvy
-Able to think systematically and organise tasks to work efficiently and effectively
-SAP/ERP user
