As a CS Officer, you will

-Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
-Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services
-Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
-Provide support and information to clients regarding shipments and services
-Assist in developing and implementing customer service procedures
-Monitor and report on customer service metrics
-Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned
skills & experiences required.
-Previous experience in customer service, preferably in logistics or air freight
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
-Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
