    Our client is a sizeable property developer with a solid local and regional presence. The company is looking for a CRM Manager to join the Marketing function of one of its flagship shopping malls.

    about the team.
    • report to the CRM and Promotions Manager
    • team of 10

    • assist in mall's CRM campaigns from the proposal, communication development & execution to post-campaign result evaluation
    • handle and optimise CRM programme
    • help with data analysis as well as system enhancement and the maintenance of CRM programme
    • assist in CRM project development on process automation and customer journey mapping. Work closing with other departments to ensure the operation & CRM strategy works well
    skills & experiences required.
    • around 3-5 years experiences in CRM, customer related analytic projects or loyalty marketing, preferably with previous exposure in hospitality, shopping malls and luxury retails
    • hands-on experience in CRM programme development, operation, system enhancement and maintenance, data analysis and customer segmentation from retail industry
    • excellent communication and organisational skills
    • excellent command in written and spoken Chinese and English
