- Grow the user base and penetrate the market for the mobile app
- Drive user acquisition and retention by growth marketing activities and member activation
- Develop strategic digital and online communications plans (inc. website, SEO, SEM, social media, etc.)
- Conduct market research and analyze marketing performance
- Coordinate with marketing, communications and digital agencies for the execution
- Develop in-app customer engagement strategies (e.g. new features)
- Improve and enhance the in-app customer journey and user experience (e.g. identity pain points)
- Coordinate different business units, translating the business needs into requirements and specifications
skills & experiences required.
- Degree holder of Marketing, Communications, Business, or any related discipline
- 8+ year of experience in digital marketing and CRM in a fast-moving working environment
- Must be digital-savvy; Exposure to app-driven businesses is a MUST
- Excellent stakeholders management and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
