Our client is a leading Internet company in Hong Kong. With rapid member growth and business expansion locally and regionally, our client is looking for a CRM Manager to lead the team and drive the app-driven CRM strategies.

- Spreadhead and lead the CRM strategies and plans of the customer journey from onboarding, activation, engagement, etc. to retention
- Analyze user behaviours and formulate segmentation marketing best practices
- Plan and lead CRM and marketing automation plans and growth campaigns
- Conduct pre-campaign market research, analyze post-campaign performance and deliver actionable recommendations
skills & experiences required.
- Degree holder of Marketing, Communications, Business, or any related discipline
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth hacking or CRM in a fast-moving working environment
- Knowledge and previous experience in CRM automation (e.g. Adobe Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Clevertap, Emarsys, etc.) is a MUST
- Excellent stakeholders management and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
