    about the company. Our client is established in the 1980s with a strong presence in offering premium household goods and food & beverage products to the community. They are one of the most beloved department stores and supermarkets in town. To cope with the business expansions and ensure quality of service delivered, they are currently hiring a CRM Manager to join the team and help implementing CRM development. about the team. You will work closely with stores, Retail Operations team and Training team on designing the right loyalty program that drive members acquisition and retention. You will also visit stores regularly and speak to the customers to understand better their preferences. The stores are spread across entire Hong Kong while you will be mainly based at the office which is located in prime commercial location. about the job.
    • Plan and implement CRM program cross-functionally and with external vendors
    • Manage CRM strategies, consumer experience roll-map and marketing campaigns to drive member acquisition and loyalty
    • Prepare training materials for stores to ensure smooth CRM program implementation
    • Segmentate customer database and base on the segmentation to come up with effective campaigns
    • Work closely with merchant partners and vendors to organize campaigns that enhance customer experience
    • Collaborate with shopping malls and other business units on potential marketing opportunities
    skills & experiences required.
    • Bachelor Degree in Quantitative Marketing, Marketing, Business or any relevant disciplines
    • 5+ years of CRM experience in retail/FMCG industry
    • Proven track record in managing CRM campaigns and driving customer loyalty
    • Strong analytical and communication skills
    • Proficient in Cantonese and English is required
    • Independent, ability to work under pressure
    • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
