To cope with the growing market in Asia, they are currently looking for a CRM Manager to base at their Hong Kong office and bring in new inspirations. about the team. The office is located at one of the busiest commercial area in Hong Kong. You will be working in a close-knit team where soft skills are as important as expertise. You will be given real autonomy and constant exposure to the latest innovations. about the job.
  • Develop and manage CRM content and interaction on consumer touchpoints including .com, social media pages, marketplaces, DTCs, shelf space, POPs and product packaging
  • Develop CRM tools for regular reporting, analytics & insights, campagin segmentation, programs ROI, customer database etc
  • Manage overall CRM planning, strategy, development roadmap, roll-out schedule
  • Manage both internal and external data and perform deep dives analysis based on data collected
  • Develop consumer journey strategy from acquisition, promotion, on boarding to loyalty program
  • Support cross-functionally and share strategies generatead from data and insights
skills & experiences required.
  • Degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Quantitative Marketing or any relevant disciplines
  • 5+ years in CRM Marketing, in the FMCG/personal care field
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi task and work in a fast pace environment
  • Expertise on consumer experience on online channels
  • Proficient in Cantonese and English is a MUST
  • Advanced in MS Excel
