    Our client is a leading digital financial service and fintech firm in Hong Kong, With the successful business model, they are currently looking for a CRM Manager, Customer Experience to join their team

    about the team.
    • report to department head
    • join a team of 4-5
    • join a dynamic, vibrant and fast-paced environment
    about the job.
    • plan, manage and take the initiative to lead customer data strategy & road-map
    • implement campaigns and activities to grow existing customer sales
    • manage customer analytic and translate it into actionable insights to deepen customer understanding across marketing functions
    • responsible to oversee customer data platform by collecting and segregating all digital data across channels and touchpoints
    • work closely with technical team to manage end-to-end CRM and CDP platforms
    • master analytic solutions for management team and provide consumer insight on consumer behaviour and customer satisfaction


    skills & experiences required.
    • around 4-6 years experiences in CRM, loyalty program and customer analytics
    • excellent command in CRM and CDP platforms
    • excellent command in written and spoken English and Cantonese, Mandarin will be a plus
    • candidate with less experiences will be considered as Assistant Manager
