About the Company

Our client is one of the market leaders in the consumer industry. Currently, they are looking for a CRM executive to support their loyalty marketing.

About the Job

  • Support the CRM Manager in the execution of all CRM programmes and membership campaigns
  • Work closely with the internal departments and business units to ensure CRM is an integrated aspect of campaign activity
  • Assist CRM Manager to initiate and devise CRM campaigns to ensure constant customer engagement targeted to appropriate customers and prospects base
  • Assist with reporting and metrics to understand overall customer retention, repeat buying behaviour across key segments
  • Undertake other duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing / Communications or related discipline
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in marketing, specifically in loyalty / database marketing
  • Self-motivated and independent with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work in a cross-functional environment, with strength in working with people and building relationship.
  • Fluent in English & Chinese
