CRM / Digital Marketing Manager



Our client is a well reputed skincare/beauty brand and is seeking for an excellent digital marketing talent to join their team in Hong Kong.



Responsibilities:

  • Report to Marketing Manager
  • Oversee and strategize the digital marketing strategies and its activities to accelerate the brand growth and impact
  • Lead team and agency on developing strong digital campaign with emphasize on maximizing customer engagement, experience and loyalty (owned & paid digital platforms)
  • Collaborate closely with product marketing, retail sales & training and IT to ensure target messages and offers are well delivered and efficiently broadcasted
  • Support on launching new products, analyzing business data, planning & executing digital communication include segmentation, wise use of influencers on content direction and paid channels amplification
  • Develop clear digital social and brand CRM strategy to increase retention, customer acquisition, engagement and ultimately accelerate overall brand growth and connect customers via different touch points
  • Analyze significant amount of consumer data to drive business forward and provide relevant action plan, and utilize social monitoring tools to identify untapped business opportunities and consumer insights
  • Work with regional team in terms of digital and social assets deliverables, communication formats, influencers global program and in general all aspects of consumer marketing mix
  • Keep up-to-date information on industry/competitors digitalization and e-Commerce projects
  • Manage, plan and monitor annual budget and revisions (e.g. social SOV %, earned reach vs investment, members base evolution etc.)



Requirements:

  • BA or above
  • Minimum of 8 year of experience in sales/marketing, particularly in FMCG/luxury retail
  • Familiar with luxury retail management
  • Strong analytical skills and conceptual thinking
  • Creative and innovative thinker
  • Proven marketing expertise/leadership to lead and manage team to achieve the defined targets collectively
  • Excellent presentation and communications skills with all levels
