about the company.

A reputable law firm is currently looking for a Business Development and Marketing Coordinator to be a part of an international small team. In this role, you will be mainly responsible for Data Management, Market Research as well as Marketing and Business Development. about the job.
  • Data Management: pitch tracking and maintenance, deal tracking, awards tracking, events and conference tracking and more
  • Pitches and Clients Templates: prepare Asia pitches, respond to pitch requests, update global pitch database
  • Marketing, Public Relations and Events: Assist with drafting press release & managing emails, organize and exectuvie events, including office-related events, and online content
  • Directories and Awards: assist with awards and director submissions (data analysis and deal write up)
  • Client & Marke Research: monitor client alerts and prepare newslettrs, conduct market research regarding PE/ M&A/ Banking and Finance industries and competitor analysis

skills & experiences required.
  • Bachelor in Legal/ Business/ Communications or related fields
  • At least 2 years of professional working experience
  • Close to Native written and spoken English
  • Fluent in Mandarin would be an added value
  • Strong interpersonal skills
