about the company.

We are currently working in with a reputable international law firm looking for a CRM/ BD Assistant to be a part of their team in Hong Kong. about the job.
  • Support the Firm's Contact Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • You will be performing a wide range of data tasks, including data entry, reconciliation and maintenance, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of information
  • Performing searches to reveal inconsistencies and missing information, updating mailing lists, preparing lists for marketing campaigns, and processing returned mail, email bounce backs and contact subscription preferences
  • Handle information updates from internal sources (e.g., attorneys, human resources, finance, secretaries etc.) and pefroam external research to expand/ enhance relationship content (e.g., contact, company and industry research)

skills & experiences required.
  • Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of experience are preferred
  • Law firm and/or other professional service experience is a plus
  • Fluency in English is a must and fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin would be a plus
  • Possess a positive attitude and strong willingness to learn
