Our client is a well-known B2C MNC. They are currently looking for a CRM Analyst to join their expaning team. Ideal candidates should be equipped with basic knowledge in analysing Customer Data and Consumer Behavior.

about the job
  • Manage and execute the process of design and delivery of CRM analytics projects:
    • Develop segment-based metrics, goals and measurement as for customer lifecycle marketing programs
    • Design and conduct testing recommendation to measure impact of CRM and marketing programs
    • Create and manage standard post-campaign analysis reports/insights, custom store level reports and dashboards
  • Access and analyze customer and transaction data for on-going and ad-hoc analyses
  • Collaborate with internal and external resources to develop, interpret, implement and support various types of statistical modeling such as:
    • Customer segmentation and profiling and proactive behavior evaluation for target audiences
    • Propensity models for churn, retention, growth, product, offer and/or acquisition
    • Develop and update customer lifetime value model and scores
  • Develop and report easily consumable, visualized dashboards of customer metrics for key stakeholders and executives with actionable insight call-outs
  • Maintain an active role in CRM database system, data quality and integrity and any related IT development project which engages the customer
  • Identify opportunities to improve analytical approaches and tools, including opportunities to automate and streamline the process and delivery of analytics and insights
  • Partner cross-functionally with other departments to provide Customer Insights as needed; examples are Direct and Digital Marketing, Store Operations, IT, Planning and Merchandising
skills & experiences required
  • Research Agency / CRM Agency / In-house experience welcome
  • 1 year experience in B2C Consumer Data Analysis / Consumer Research / CRM planning
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • People person and adaptive to dynamic environment
