about the company.

Our client is an expanding Financial Services Firm with a strong presence in the region.
about the job.
  • You will be responsible for the risk assessment for syndication loan, leveraged finance, mezzanine/private debt, bridge financing for financing activities
  • You will conduct credit analysis, valuation, structuring, deal execution and reviewing legal documentation for structured finance cross-broader transactions
  • You will conduct monitoring the creditworthiness of counterparties and market developments
skills & experiences required.
  • Degree holder in Finance, Risk Management or Business Administration or relevant discipline
  • At least 8 - 12 years of risk management experience, Corporate Credit, Experience in Counterparty Credit risk be an advantage
  • Strong communication skills in fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin
