job description

about the company

about the team

  • The team is sizable and expanding





about the job

  • You will formulate and review the bank-wide credit policies and procedures released by the regulatory bodie
  • You will assist in preparing credit risk management work plan and budget
  • You will coordinate responses and follow-up actions of the findings and recommendations by the auditors and regulatory bodies and report to senior management
  • You will assess and review product programs from credit risk management perspective

skills & experiences required

  • Bachelor degree holder in Finance, Economics, Risk Management or related disciplines;
  • At least 5 years of banking experience. Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Manager level;
  • Holder of CFA or FRM is a plus;
  • Expansive knowledge of general banking products, credit risk requirement and credit approval process;
  • Experience in formulating corporate, commercial and institutional banking credit policies is a plus;
  • Familiar with IRB, BELR policies & corporate governance is a plus;
  • Business proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
