Oversee credit risk assessment and review credit limit proposal, covering equity, fixed income, OTC derivatives products
Ensure risk and control measures are executed timely and effectively, including position monitoring, daily margin call, etc
Conduct risk report review, account monitoring and credit due diligence; monitor credit risk exposure within portfolios
Serve as MIC (Manager In Charger) and be responsible for the overall governance and compliance of risk management framework per regulator requirements; be the contact point and take charge on regulator's enquiries
Coordinate and follow up with the front office sales team for credit control related issues
Participate in business initiatives from time to time required by management

skills & experiences required.

Bachelor degree or above with at least 10 years of relevant experience, preferably from a credit risk background in securities brokerage industry
Knowledge in equity, fixed income market and derivatives products
Possess strong credit analytical skills
Strong proficiency in Excel and VBA
Good knowledge on SFC regulations as well as industry practices in the brokerage industry
Excellent communication skills in facing off senior stakeholders as well as external parties
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese with fluency in Mandarin is a must
