about the company.

Our client is a multinational law firm. It is also one of the ten largest law firms in the world with significant depth and range of resources accross five continents. about the team.You will work under the Finance Team, reporting to the Head of Accounting and Finance. about the job. You will:
  • Monitor debtor ledgers for Greater China clients
  • Communicate with clients and third parties for prompt payment of bills
  • Work on debt provisions and write off
  • Provide collection forecasting or other reports and statistics
  • Support global and regional projects for credit control procedures
  • Paticipate in ad hoc report requests when required
skills & experiences required.
  • Degree holder in Accouting, Finance or related discipline
  • Minimum 1 year Credit Control experience from law firm, or similar professional services firms
  • Good command of English and native in Mandarin is a must (both written and spoken)
  • Good knowledge of China VAT rules is preferred
  • Experience with China cross-boarder tax clearence process
