Reporting to the Department Head, you will be expected to create well communicated branding strategies that promote the company's creative innovation vision and story. You will work with a group of young talents who are passionate about sustainability, innovation, creative ideas and most importantly - fashion and apparel! You will be responsible for the brand's overall art directions including but not limited to retail store visuals, advertising, photography, videographgy, influencer or ambassador selection, model casting process and etc.

- Design and execute creative campaigns across all channels (digital, print, social media, etc.) and ensure they are on-brand and engaging
- Responsible for creating storyline for advertising campaigns
- Design and implement creative direction and produce creative assets on both online and offline platforms, including but not limited to retail stores, eCommerce platform, influencer campaigns, company websites, social media platforms, offline events and etc
- Conceptualize and design eye-catching visuals and video content to engage the target audience
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure creative alignment (sales and marketing campaigns, product development, design etc) with overall marketing objectives
- Stay up-to-date with emerging creative trends and technologies
- Manage the creative production process from concept to execution
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure that all campaigns are delivered on time and within budget
skills & experiences required.
- Degree in Arts, Communications, Marketing, Fashion or any relevant disciplines
- 6+ years of creative experience in advertising, marketing or branding; in-house or agency is welcome
- Great commercial and art sense
- Proven experience in creating art direction for brands including but not limited to advertising, in store visuals, packaging, photography, marketing communications materials and etc
- Experienced in project management with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin required
