About the Company

Our client is an international luxury hospitality group with operates more than 100 hotels across North America, Europe, Asia. Due to their aggressive expansion strategy in Greater China Region, they are currently looking for a Corporate Director (Human Resources - C&B ) to join their their corporate office and support their new business.

About the job

  • Oversee the overall spectrum of C&B Operations Management

  • Conduct C & B market surveys, analyze results and ensure the group’s C&B policies are in compliance with statutory requirements and market trends

  • Provide professional C&B services & advices including payroll management,HR budget and forecast ,benefit programs , MPF compensation proposals, retirement schemes
  • Review the current compensation and benefits strategy and provide strategic plan including short-term and long-term incentives

  • Support the Head of HR on building and maintaining the HR Information System
  • Assist in the Group’s Human Resources training

Skills and Experiences Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related with a focus on C&B

  • At least 10 years relevant experience in Hospitality or luxury retail or customer service focus industries

  • In-depth knowledge of human resources and compensation and benefits strategy globally

  • Strong business acumen, excellent interpersonal skills, strong leadership, decision-making and communication abilities
