Develop and produce compelling content for a wide range of communication materials, including newsletters, social media posts, internal announcements, speeches, brochures, press releases, presentations, editorials, and website content.
Provide comprehensive support in planning, content creation, design, and logistical coordination for corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, trade shows, CSR programs, client and staff engagement activities, and similar initiatives.
Identify and evaluate opportunities for industry awards and effectively manage the submission process to maximize the organization's recognition.
Coordinate and manage corporate memberships, ensuring timely renewals and maintaining updated records.
Oversee the sourcing and production of corporate gifts, ensuring they align with the organization's branding and quality standards.
Monitor and stay updated on daily news and media coverage related to the organization and its projects, proactively identifying opportunities for positive public relations and reputation management.
Take on additional ad hoc projects as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to meet organizational needs.
skills & experiences required.
Bachelor degree in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of solid experience in corporate communications or marketing communications.
Demonstrate excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
Exhibit expertise in copywriting, translation, editing, and event management.
Familiarity with video production and editing is a valuable asset.
Able to work well as a team yet independently with minimal supervision.
