Draft, review and negotiate on commercial contracts and legal documents relating to the company’s businesses
Provide legal support to various business units on marketing materials, commercial documents, policies and regulations pertaining to business operations
Partner with compliance and company secretarial teams on any legal, compliance and corporate governance matters
Assist in disputes or any litigation when required

skills & experiences required.

Hong Kong or common law qualified lawyer with at least 5 PQE
Strong experience in handling general commercial matters with exposure in litigation considered a plus
Ideally some experience working in-house
Able to communicate with senior stakeholders and partner with business units effectively
Fluent English and Chinese is required
