Our client is a leading telecommunication listed company in Hong Kong. They are currently searching for a Account Servicing Executive to support their corporate client service operations.

Job Descriptions

  • Handle client's enquiries and complaints through email and phone calls
  • Maintain positive relationships with corporate clients from banking, commercial, government and SMEs sectors
  • Prepare monthly reports of service performance
  • Assist in projects in the field of account service strategy, service improvement and operational service plan to improve the overall service quality
  • Perform any ad-hoc assignments when necessary

Requirement

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in telecommunication, banking or insurance company
  • Proficient with MS Office applications, include MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Self-motivated, well-organised, detail-oriented and proactive
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
