Our client, an esteemed international financial media & event company, is currently seeking an outgoing and resourceful Marketing Assistant with native level Korean and fluent English communications skills to assist in organizing their large scale conferences to be held in Korea later in the year.

Degree qualified with a minimum 2 years of sales, marketing or event management experience gained from reputable companies, you have exceptional phone manners and are skilled in corporate liaison. You will contact the firm’s corporate clients in Korea as well as in other Asian countries, send out email invitations, register attendees as well as update the client database as needed. Also research new companies and obtain relevant contact details through phone calls or the internet as well as track changes in Excel and Salesforce.

Native level Korean and fluent English verbal & writing skills are essential for this role as well as legal rights to work in Hong Kong. Past experience in telemarketing, events/delegate registration or financial services much preferred. You should be proficient in MS Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel). We invite candidates with high attention to details, service-oriented and able to multitask.
