• take care of project time lines and manage budget for clients
• maintain good relationships with clients and manage their expectations
• ensure that projects meet or exceed expectations by guiding all project activities to include, but not limited to, schedule, scope, UAT and quality control

• native Japanese and fluent in verbal and written English
• excellent communications skills and interpersonal skills
• strong academic credentials, a proven background in account servicing
• attention to detail and an ability to work under pressure
