My client is an international consultancy firm and is expanding its footprint in Asia. Led by a number of reputated industry leaders, the company is looking for a Business Analyst. You will be working at the regional office of a life insurance company, and work as a key member in the transformation and digital project team.   • Conduct business analysis to define and translate the business request into requirements, and recommend best practices or solution to the business needs
  • Manage projects with various in-house applications including budget and timeline control
  • Understand clients' needs and provide optimum business solution through continiuos communication and client visits
  • Communicate and work closely with the Application Development Team to track and manage the SDLC process deliverables to ensure positive outcomes
  • Plan, manage and conduct UAT for project delivery
skills & experiences required.
  • Degree or above in Computer Science/Business Administration or related discipline
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in business analysis/project management in insurance area
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Basic knowledge in application development / IT infrastructure but not a must
  • Strong communication skills with excellent capability in both Chinese and English
