Our client is a multinational private equity company, due to the expansion of their business in APAC, they are looking for an experienced individual to join their consolidation team.
about the team.
You will be joining a small team of highly competent individuals and reporting to an seasoned and people-oriented Accounting Manager. Your team will be handling consolidation of various entities and full set accounting.
about the job.

- Prepare monthly journal entries, invoices and bank reconciliations

- Review quarterly financial reporting packages prepared by Group companies

- Carry out other duties as requested by the Company or any other member of the Group which is appropriate to the role.

- Prepare quarterly consolidation at group level with more than 50 subsidiaries and provide condensed financial statements

- Responsible to track cash flow movements and allocate expenses under the correct project and correct company;

- Closely monitor Group loan portfolios to ensure sound liquidity position and to ensure amendments are made timely

- Identify and participate in various improvements to the monthly accounting process of the Group

- Assist financial controller and accounting manager in the process of consolidation of the Group at the end of each quarter

skills & experiences required.

- Be an accounting designation holder;

- At least 2 years experience in consolidation of worldwide reporting

- Big 4 experience will be a plus

- Solid experience in consolidation, financial statements, reporting and analysis;

- Understand intercompany transactions and eliminations;

- Good knowledge of using Excel
