The business has complementary operations in property-related fields including hotels, shopping malls, and property management. The company is looking for a Concierge to join their team.

• Report to Manager
• Fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Sizable company

• Take charge of managing concierge counters across our portfolio, delivering premium customer services to tenants, customers, and the general public.
• Provide support and assistance for the company's marketing events and promotional activities.
• Act as a backup for Customer Service Attendants when required, reporting operational issues to the respective building supervisors for necessary action.

• DSE/ Form 7 or above qualification.
• Experience in the luxury hotels, hospitality industry, or customer service industry.
• Exhibit a pleasant and outgoing personality, along with strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate a willingness to wear a uniform and work flexible shifts, including overtime.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua.
• Proficient in using MS Word, Excel, and other relevant software applications.
