- Take charge of managing concierge counters across our portfolio, delivering premium customer services to tenants, customers, and the general public.
- Provide support and assistance for the company's marketing events and promotional activities.
- Act as a backup for Customer Service Attendants when required, reporting operational issues to the respective building supervisors for necessary action.
skills & experiences required.
- DSE/ Form 7 or above qualification.
- Experience in the luxury hotels, hospitality industry, or customer service industry.
- Exhibit a pleasant and outgoing personality, along with strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate a willingness to wear a uniform and work flexible shifts, including overtime.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua.
- Proficient in using MS Word, Excel, and other relevant software applications.
