As a valuable addition to our Compliance team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with a dedicated group of approximately 8 individuals. Your role will primarily revolve around product compliance, where you will play a key part in ensuring regulatory adherence and mitigating any potential risks.

Support the company's launch of new life insurance products and enhancement of existing ones by conducting thorough compliance reviews on product materials, sales materials, and marketing campaigns. Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
Provide compliance support for various business projects and initiatives, identifying and minimizing compliance risks. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to address any compliance issues that arise.
Contribute to regulatory projects, aiding in the implementation of regulatory changes and providing valuable compliance support and advice.
Assist in the preparation of management reports, including Compliance Committee meetings and regular compliance progress reports.
Address day-to-day compliance inquiries from operations and business units, offering guidance and solutions as needed.
Coordinate and deliver compliance training to staff, and contribute to the review and updating of training materials to ensure their relevance and effectiveness.
Handle ad-hoc tasks and assignments as delegated from time to time.
skills & experiences required.
Bachelor Degree, preferably in Business, Accounting, or Law.
5 years of experience in handling compliance matters, ideally gained within the insurance industry.
Display a strong sense of responsibility, proactivity, and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently.
Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
With roficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
