about the company.

Our client is a chinese brokerage firm with strong presence in the region.about the job.
  • Update and review compliance policy and procedure
  • Handle general compliance matter like SFC licensing
  • Review and handle oversee AML/ KYC / due diligence related matter
  • Act as a contact point with regulators such as SFC
  • Develop, implement and enforce policies, procedures, and programs to minimize potential money laundering risk
  • Advise the business on compliance matters regarding regulatory changes as well as new product and market material
  • Provide compliance training to staff
skills & experiences required.
  • 5 years of compliance experience in securities firm
  • Familiar with the SFC rules and regulations and industry practices
  • Experience working in chinese firm is an advantage
  • Good command in English and Chinese, both spoken and written
