About our client

Our client is one of the largest consulting firms worldwide. They are looking for a junior candidate who has experience in HR analysis to join their team. You will participate in market surveys, conduct analysis and apply market and internal data as appropriate to support compensation & benefits programs.

Job Descriptions

  • Gather, organize and analyze data to be used for various client projects
  • Handle salary benchmarking, benefits reviews and participate in other regular market surveys and provide analysis for business needs
  • Analyze statistical data and reports to identify causes of issues and challenges, develop recommendations for improvement of various reward and recognition programs to enhance staff motivation
  • Provide timely and accurate advice to HR partners on compensation and benefits and performance management related queries
  • Prepare reports, review and update forms and information and support analysis of data to enable informed decision making
  • Assist in any ad-hoc task as assigned

Requirements

  • 1-3 years Analyst experience in Compensation and Benefits
  • Strong Analytical and numerical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Excellent MS Office skills
