The main duties of the Company Secretary Senior Manager include:
- handling the full spectrum of company secretarial duties
- organizing board/ committee meetings, drafting minutes and announcements

- ensuring compliance with Listing Rules and company rulesskills
Company Secretaryqualifications
- Associate of HKCGI or equivalent
- 10 years+ of listed experience as company secretary
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- strong understanding of Listing Rules
- previous management experienceeducation
