about the company.

Our client a Hong Kong Law firm is looking for a Company Secretary to join their team. about the job.
  • Handle full spectrum of company secretarial matters for portfolio of clients - mainly listed companies
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with regulatory disclosure, reporting and statutory filing requirements;
  • Maintain and update company secretarial records;
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments/projects when required.
  • You will work closely with the Managing Partner and other Company Secretarial Assistants
skills & experiences required.
  • Degree holder preferrably with HKICS / ICSA membership;
  • At least 2 years’ solid company secretarial experience;
  • Good computer knowledge in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing;
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin
