A global professional services firm specialising in audit, accounting and advisory services is currently looking for a Company Secretary Assistant to be a part of their Corporate Secretarial Department in their Hong Kong office.

about the job. To assist in performing full range of company secretarial services for our clients’ Hong Kong and offshore companies including supporting documents, maintenance of statutory records, and attending to internal and external regulatory compliance management under direct supervision of seniors and/or managers. skills & experiences required.
  • Degree holder in any disciplines or IVE graduates
  • With relevant company secretarial experience will be an advantage
  • Proficiency in CSA program application or similar software will be a bonus
  • Self-motivated, detail-minded, independent and ability to accomplish tasks under tight deadline
  • Good command of both English and Chinese
