    our client is a private financial group who is looking for a company secretarial officer to join their team.


    about the job.

    • Handling a full spectrum of company secretarial services in the group
    • Organise board operations and logistics including compliance with listing rules, Companies Ordinance and other regulatory matter
    • Organise board / committee meetings, compile minutes and perform other required duties
    • To govern and assist with corporate secretary materials, including formations, dissolution, drafting board resolutions and consents and other documents

    skills & experiences required.

    • Bachelor degree with HKICS / ICSA Membership
    • Minimum 4 years company secretarial experience, solid working experience from professional firms or law firms is a plus
    • Knowledge with HK Companies Ordinance, BVI Companies Act and secretarial practice for local and overseas companies
    • Mature, able to multitask with good communications skills and attention to detail
    • Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese ( Cantonese and Mandarin)
