As part of rapidly expansion of practices in APAC, a pioneering and outstanding opportunity has arisen for a Company Secretarial Manager to join their dynamic team.

Job Responsibilities

Within a dynamic and energetic environment, you will be working with 10 experienced company secretarial talents on providing corporate secretarial services to the board committee, and responsible to:

• Provide a full range of administration support to all board committee and shareholders, including handling company secretarial duties, regulatory compliance and corporate governance services
• Assist in strategic planning, M&A, fund-raising activities and other corporate transactions
• Advise senior management on corporate governance issues
• Supervise & coach a company secretarial team
• Coordinate with various professional parties such as lawyers, SFC, company registration, etc.
• Handle ad-hoc company secretarial related assignments

Skills & Experiences Required

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience of company secretarial gained from professional firms or listed companies

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese and English, both oral and written
